Sharon Olson

Sharon Olson is the Director of Operations at Wain Capital. With a strong background in operations management and a passion for customer service she always has an enthusiastic attitude. Sharon handles everything from processing, application assist, managing the CRM, lead management, weekly reports, and the overall business administration.  

Prior to joining Wain Capital, Sharon managed offices and employees across different industries from telecommunications to healthcare. She specializes in business development administration with incredible attention to detail. Her reputation for taking small businesses beyond their initial vision has become her driving force. Sharon understands that customers and clients are what keep the doors open in any business and ensuring their satisfaction is essential. Through her level of service, attention to detail and goal oriented attitude she ensures a solid foundation built for max growth. 

Early in her career, Sharon learned the value of customer service working in a call center as a specialist handling only the escalated customers. Sharon’s natural calming approach and willingness to listen gave Sharon the tools to solve problems and de-escalate situations in every industry. She takes pride in always finding a way when everyone else would say no. Now at Wain Capital she is an integral part to the team’s success.

Originally from South Carolina, she grew up in Atlanta where she met her husband and had her first child. Sharon and her husband came to Arizona shortly after and had two more great kids. Sharon loves being a mom and being involved in all their extracurricular activities. Football is a big deal in the Olson household so volunteering with youth football is a natural choice. Whether it’s administrative help or field marshaling during games, you will always see Sharon supporting her kids!
