Ashley Wain is the Director of Business Development at Wain Capital, where she focuses on building client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring every borrower receives a personalized mortgage experience. Known for her energy, enthusiasm, and client-first approach, Ashley plays a pivotal role in connecting new clients with the right lending solutions while supporting the Wain Capital team’s culture of service and innovation.

Prior to joining Wain Capital, Ashley built a career as an award-winning entrepreneur, sales executive, and small business development professional. Early on, she learned the importance of delivering exceptional client service while working in hospitality for world-class brands such as The Ritz-Carlton. That foundation shaped her career in business development, where she earned multiple sales awards and became known for her ability to combine relationship-building with strategic leadership.

At Wain Capital, Ashley ensures that each client’s journey is tailored to their unique goals. She is especially passionate about cultivating long-term relationships and helping individuals and families feel supported at every step of the mortgage process.

Ashley is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where she earned her degree in Communication with a minor in Business. A former collegiate athlete, she carries the same discipline, teamwork, and drive from sports into her professional life. An Arizona native, she enjoys the mountains, sunshine, and community connections. Ashley and her husband, Zach, are proud members of Temple Kol Ami in Scottsdale, and she has been recognized for spearheading security initiatives to help protect her local community. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, concerts, wine tastings as a certified Sommelier, and spending time with family and friends.
