Ashley Wain

Ashley Wain is the Director of Business Development at Wain Capital. With a passion for developing new relationships and delivering integrative solutions to fulfill current clients needs, her infectious energy and enthusiasm comes across in every interaction.

Prior to joining Wain Capital, Ashley was an award-winning entrepreneur, sales executive, and small business development professional. Early in her career, Ashley learned the value of customer service working in hospitality for high-service level companies, like the Ritz Carlton. With her career path always focused on client service and satisfaction, Ashley has received numerous sales awards and accolades. She cultivated this passion by expanding her professional range with personal and team focused workshops as well as leadership training's. Her experience fits perfectly with her position at Wain Capital where she leads a highly proficient mortgage team that truly understands the value of teamwork, service, and innovation.

At Wain Capital Ashley assures that each individual client has a unique and personalized experience. She prides herself on building strong interpersonal relationships and having an innate sense of understanding what her clients need, what works for them and what doesn’t.

Ashley was a collegiate athlete and graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in Communication and a minor in Business. As an Arizona native, she loves the mountains and consistent sunny weather. Ashley is also passionate about giving back to the community, in the past working with Community Footprints, The United Way, and World of Opportunity. She is currently an active member of the Valley of the Sun Jewish Community Center and spearheaded the security initiatives on the campus. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, concerts, wine tastings (she’s a Sommelier!), and relaxing with family and friends.
