Here are the 3 major steps in order to get your signed purchase contract on your new home.

Step 1 - Get Pre Approved!  Without knowing what sales price, loan size, and monthly payment you want and are qualified for; it is impossible to shop for homes.  After you are pre-approved we will send you a pre-qualification letter that you will need before you can make an offer on a home. 

It is important to remember, there are many affordability calculators out there, but we strongly believe that every individual/family scenario is different.  Let us help you find the right payment that works for you. We can discuss all your loan options, payment scenarios, and answer your general affordability questions.   

Step 2 - Find an experienced Realtor and review everything you are looking for.  We have many great realtor partners in AZ, CA and CO.  Your realtor will help narrow down your search based on your list of wants and setup an online portal to view homes based on your criteria. Your realtor will take you to see the homes, answer your questions, guide you through the important factors to remember when falling in love with a home.  

Step 3 - Make offers, negotiate, and get a signed sales contract. We are always here to help. If the listing agent wants to speak with your lender, we are happy to go to bat for you. Once contract is signed and sent to us, the loan process truly begins and this is where we shine!
